Very close to the famous Tanah Lot temple, Villa Maridadi stands on a cliff of Mengening beach facing the Indian ocean. Though it does not have a direct access to beach this pretty villa is one of Bali very few absolute ocean front villas. Villa Maridadi is located beyond the old historical Cemagi and picturesque Mengening village along a winding village road lined with paddy fields and featuring temples and giant Banyan trees. It is only 30 minutes driving from Seminyak where many popular restaurants and shos are located and approximately 45 minutes to the Ngurah Rai International Airport. Since it is very close to the Nirwana Bali Golf Course,Villa Maridadi is very strategic and perfect choice for the golf enthusiasts.

With its strategic position, Villa Maridadi has the ultimate sunset panorama with spacious view to Jimbaran peninsula headland in the south and the cloudy peak of the great Gunung Agung in the north. Set on a 4,050 square meter, gently sloping grounds, studded with coconut palms and fragrant frangipani trees this home is a real wonderful retreat, far from the gaiety of tourist Bali.

Villa Maridadi was designed and built by the same international company which built the Four Seasons Hotels in Bali, and is refreshingly uncomplicated and simple in design with the sympathetic use of traditional Balinese architectural concept and utilization of the best of local timbers and handcrafted stones and offers every modern amenity.

Villa Maridadi contains 5 bedrooms (3 king beds, and 2 twin beds) fully equipped with air-conditioned, over head fan, build-in wardroeb, best quality linens and en-suite bathroom. Its compound has been designed with a master and study bedroom bungalow on ground level, two separate guest bungalows and a separate wing with two ground level bedrooms and living area upstairs. All bedrooms are satisfied with great and spacious view to the Indian Ocean. The interior has been tastefully furnished with a balance of modern rattan and collection of antique furniture and artifacts.

Satellite Televisions, VCD or DVD and Video System are prepared at the Study room and at the casual open living area upstairs with a pool table as well.

The stunning main 12 m x 8 m open living and dining pavilion has been designed for relaxation and entertainment and to provide optimum enjoyment of the wonderful ocean and an unforgettable sunset views. This pavilion with its high natural ‘alang-alang’ grass ceiling, coconut trunk columns and cool cream terrazzo paved floor is the very essence of tropical living. The overhead ceiling fans and gentle sea breezes keep everyone cool. The lounge has a music system with a surrounding sound speaker in the ceiling. The 3 meter long antique wood dining table is comfortable to serve 12 for an easy and elegant dining.

Villa Mari Dadi Pool and Ground

The ground with its green lawn is beautifully grassed and maintained. The crystal clear 20 meter x 5 meter lap swimming pool is lined with green stone with a white Palimanan stone surround. With its modern sunbeds it is located on strategic position to provide the best view to the ocean. Part of the deck is also designed to arrange a special garden dinner.
